COME PRAY WITH US
Epworth at Aylett is seeking God’s vision for our next season as part of the Global Methodist movement here in Virginia. We invite all those who are members, family, and friends of Epworth Methodist Church to join us in 45 Days of Prayer. You can download the Prayer Guide below, follow us on Facebook for daily prayer prompts, or stop by the church for a paper copy of the Prayer Guide.
Beginning August 10th:
- Read and pray through the daily Scripture and prayer prompt
- Spend a few moments listening to any response God may have to your prayer
- Jot down anything God prompts you to share with the Epworth family
- Email, share on Facebook, or drop a card in the box in the sanctuary with whatever God shares with you.
Our last prayer day together will fall on September 23rd. We invite you to share what God has shown you by the following Sunday, September 28th. Our leadership here at Epworth will gather all the pieces of God’s vision that He has scattered throughout our extended church family and prayerfully prepare to share them with everyone at a church-wide gathering. Whether you are a current member, considering becoming a member, or family and friends of those were are part of the Epworth family who’ve joined us in prayer, we hope to see you at that gathering on October 5th @ noon to share in the vision God has for us!
